NG Bailey’s key role in delivering new home for UK tech giant

NG Bailey engineers are playing a key role in creating a new head office for tech giant Sage in a fast-track fit out at Newcastle’s Cobalt Park, the UK’s largest office park.

When complete the neighbouring offices at Cobalt 22 and 23 will be home to 2,000 employees at the UK’s second largest technology company and the world's third-largest supplier of enterprise resource planning software.

We’ve been appointed by Bowmer + Kirkland to carry out the fast-track fit-out on the 203,728sq ft project located over two neighbouring buildings.

NG Bailey has worked with Bowmer + Kirkland delivering commercial office spaces for more than 25 years and has a strong track-record of involvement with projects at Cobalt Park having completed fit out and installation works, as well as on-going maintenance at around half the park’s buildings.

Our engineers are already on site and the project, worth £3.9m to NG Bailey is due for completion in early 2021.
