Celebrating our 2024 graduate cohort
We recently celebrated our 2024 graduate cohort, who have successfully completed their two-year graduate development programme with us.
Our talented graduates, representing a range of disciplines from both NG Bailey and Freedom, came together at our Leeds office for their final event and graduation ceremony, marking an important milestone in their careers.
As part of the day, each graduate presented their corporate social responsibility project to members of our senior leadership team. They also shared reflections on their development journey, highlighting the skills and knowledge they have gained, the projects and achievements they have delivered, and their aspirations for the next stage of their careers.
