Meeting today’s pressures head-on

The technical services market is operating in an increasingly demanding environment. Rising costs, tighter budgets, changing legislation, skills shortages, decarbonisation targets and rapid digitalisation are reshaping how buildings must be managed.

In this climate, we provide organisations with more than just reactive maintenance. Our Technical Services team ensures assets are kept safe, compliant and efficient, all whilst supporting the outcomes they are working towards.

Technical services as an investment, not a cost

Our approach to technical services operates at the intersection of engineering excellence, sustainability and whole-life asset performance. We view facilities maintenance not as a cost to manage, but as an investment in resilient, future-ready infrastructure.

By combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on compliance, digitalisation and lifecycle optimisation, we help our customers protect asset value, meet sustainability goals and improve operational efficiency, today and for the long term.

OUR SERVICES

Our technical services are designed to maintain safe, efficient and high-performing properties for our clients, powered by data.

Planned and reactive technical services

We undertake the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) based on industry standards such as SFG20, aligned to an assessment of your priorities and the criticality of assets. Our teams undertake reactive services focused on rapid fault resolution and disciplined reporting designed to minimise disruption to your business. We extend equipment life, enhance first-time fix rates, monitor compliance and deliver measurable performance against agreed service levels.

Critical asset management

Our teams undertake a holistic risk-based approach that maximises critical asset performance, resilience and uptime, identified from asset registers. Through criticality assessment and lifecycle planning, we minimise these single points of failure and will support you with informed investment decisions.

Technical compliance

We undertake a structured, rigorous approach to statutory and technical compliance, combining robust governance, clearly defined processes and support from our team of national technical compliance specialists. Through planned maintenance, continual monitoring and transparent reporting, we will help you manage risk, meet all regulatory requirements, protect occupants and maintain safe, compliant environments.

Digital maintenance

Our Digital Maintenance team invest in technologies designed to drive real-time insights to anticipate asset performance issues before they impact uptime, safety or cost. This approach enables better decision-making, improved asset reliability and more efficient maintenance planning - helping you extend asset life, reduce unplanned downtime and maximise the overall value of your properties.

Technology

We use innovative technologies to support safer, more effective building maintenance. Tools such as 360-degree cameras, drone surveys, vibration monitoring and IoT sensors provide deeper visibility of assets and environments, enabling detailed inspections, condition monitoring and early fault detection - often without disruption to building users. By combining these insights with engineering expertise, we improve maintenance accuracy, enhance safety and support proactive, data-led decision-making across the asset lifecycle.

Energy management & advisory

Our Advisory teams optimise plant, controls and operational settings to reduce energy consumption while supporting your carbon reduction targets, without compromising wellbeing or reliability. Through targeted audits and continuous monitoring, we identify energy efficiency opportunities, deliver measurable performance improvements and help ensure ongoing compliance with energy and environmental requirement such as NABERS and WELL certification.

Project management and delivery

Our Regional Project teams provide end-to-end project management and delivery capability that enables safe, controlled upgrades and remedial works. Our approach minimises disruption while improving resilience, compliance and asset performance. From planning and stakeholder management through to commissioning and handover, we are able to deliver multiple projects on time, to specification, and aligned to operational priorities in live client environments.
