We are pleased to welcome our new apprentices, graduates and year in industry placement students for 2026 to the business.

They recently joined us for our Early Careers welcome event, which gave them an opportunity to connect with our Early Careers team, build relationships with fellow new starters and gain an insight into what it is like to work at NG Bailey.

During the event they heard from members of our Group Leadership Team and guest speakers, including NG Bailey family members and Non-Executive Directors, Chris Bailey, and Claire East, who shared their experiences, perspectives and ambitions for the future of the business
