Pre Contract Manager, Patrick Morrison, talks to Health Estate Journal

Patrick Morrison, our Pre Contract Manager for the healthcare sector, features in this month's edition of the Health Estate Journal talking about the work being undertaken by our Engineering division on the University Hospital of North Tees' new energy centre project in Stockton-on-Tees.

We are currently working as principal contractor on the new £14m energy centre for North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, a role which Patrick believes helps us to deliver greater value to hospital trusts. 

Work being undertaken by NG Bailey on site includes building works, incorporating the superstructure and development of the major energy centre building complex, along with two new reinforced concrete below ground walkways to link the new energy centre into the existing hospital infrastructure.
