Celebrating Armed Forces Day 2024

Tomorrow is Armed Forces Day, and as a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, we’d like to show our support for the people who make up the Armed Forces community, from currently serving personnel to service families, veterans, and cadets.

As a business, we employ veterans, reservists, and volunteers in a range of different roles, and tomorrow we’d like to celebrate them and show our appreciation for the great work they do for us, as well as their previous forces’ careers.  

We hear from some of our own armed forces community to see what advice they would offer to those looking to move into a career within our industry, the skills they feel transfer well from their previous forces roles to their current roles, and the support they’ve received from NG Bailey during their time with us so far.
