Finalists at Offsite Awards 2022

Our Offsite teams have been delivering great solutions to a range of clients and their projects over the last year, so we're pleased to reveal that we're finalists in an amazing four categories at this year's Offsite Awards.

We're finalists in three categories as a business: Best use of MEP and POD technology, which rewards the exemplar use of offsite mechanical, electrical and plumbing services or POD technology in any size and type of project across the UK; Health & Safety, which acknowledges where health and safety has been driven way beyond the industry norm; and Product Innovation, which recognises innovative new products and systems, or older technologies on the market used in a fresh and inventive way.

For the Best use of MEP and POD technology and Product Innovation categories, we focused on our offsite manufacturing techniques and advocacy of modern methods of construction. Together they have been used to create our 'kit of parts' solution/'platform' approach, currently being implemented on The Forge project in London.

Our fourth shortlisting is in recognition of Engineering Manager, Graeme Brady, who is based within our Offsite team. The Offsite Pioneer of the Year nomination recognises his innovative and forward-thinking approach to offsite manufacture. This is a great achievement for Graeme and highlights not only his knowledge and expertise but also the value he brings to the business.

Offsite technology is changing the contemporary built environment - driving forward projects that represent outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products, systems and disciplines. The Offsite Awards celebrate all aspects of the offsite building process and recognise the design and technology that makes these inspiring projects possible.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in September.
