Supporting Wellbeing

We are committed to fostering a healthy, supportive, and productive workplace through our comprehensive employee wellbeing programme.

Every colleague receives an additional annual Wellbeing Day as just one part of our wider support programme, which also includes our Employee Assistance Programme, Employee Discount Scheme, Hardship Fund, and Volunteering Days — all designed to support colleagues both at work and in their personal lives.

We also partner with The Tonic to deliver our “Live Well, Work Well” programme through interactive workshops which focus on wellbeing, work-life balance and exercise.
