Would you like to become an apprentice with the UK’s largest independent engineering and infrastructure services provider? You can now apply to join our 2026 apprenticeship programme.

Our apprenticeships enable you to achieve an industry-recognised qualification, gain valuable experience, learn key skills, and expand your knowledge, all while working together with some great people. Our programme develops the behaviours, skills, knowledge, and experience our apprentices need to build a successful career.

We have over 70 apprenticeship roles available, located as far north as Inverness and as far south as Portsmouth, offering the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Engineering, Facilities Services, Freedom and IT Services teams.

This includes three brand new opportunities – cable jointer and overhead linesperson apprenticeships with Freedom and an environmental advisor (degree level 6) apprenticeship, that will support both Engineering and Freedom.

This year we open our campaign with apprenticeships in Birmingham and Stowmarket. Further roles will be released on our website in phases by location over the coming weeks.
