As part of our early careers engagement activities, we participated in a careers fair at York College, engaging with Army Cadets to raise awareness of apprenticeships and early careers pathways within the business.

The session provided an opportunity to promote the breadth of roles available across our business and to outline clear entry routes into engineering and technical careers. Engagement levels were high, with cadets demonstrating strong interest in apprenticeships and asking informed questions about training, progression and career development within the sector.

Participation in this Army Cadet Force event supports our commitment to building a sustainable talent pipeline and improving awareness of careers in the built environment.
