Ardwick Climate Action Group (ACA), based in central Manchester, is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the local environment through community led action. Their work brings residents together to create cleaner, greener and healthier neighbourhoods, while also helping reduce harmful air pollutants across the area.

Since partnering with ACA in 2023, our North West team has contributed 458 hours of hands on volunteering to support their mission.

Our colleagues have taken part in a wide range of conservation activities, including laying wildflower turf at Greek Street Gardens, planting bulbs, scything wildflower meadows, and creating new pathways as part of ACA’s Green Routes campaign. They’ve also supported additional environmental tasks such as birdbox building and community litter picking.

This ongoing partnership reflects our commitment to supporting grassroots environmental initiatives and creating lasting social value within the communities we serve.
