We follow a Customer of Choice strategy so we can manage our supply chain in a responsible and sustainable way and also make sure we have a selection of suppliers and subcontractors who not only perform well, but undertake their activities to the highest quality standards and safety expectations.

Our Customer of Choice strategy sets clear expectations of what our commitments are, as well as what we expect from our supply chain, so we can continue to deliver excellence to our customers.
It’s also how we structure our supply chain. Our tiered structure divides our suppliers and subcontractors into different groups depending on their performance, standards and suitability, as well as a number of other key factors. The categorisation of our supply chain is decided following a review and consultation process with relevant stakeholders across our business.
