We are pleased to welcome two international colleagues who have joined us this summer as part of our long‑standing Peer to Peer Employee Exchange Programme with U.S. Engineering and A.G. Coombs.

Sarabeth Gandara, Pre‑Construction Manager at U.S. Engineering (USA), and Nick Skarvellis, Finance Manager at A.G. Coombs (Australia), will be spending time with our Engineering teams in Leeds, with Sarabeth also visiting our London office.

During their time with us, Sarabeth and Nick will be working closely with colleagues across the business to share expertise, exchange perspectives, and explore new ways of working. The programme also supports the development of strong international relationships, reinforcing our connections with leading partners across the global engineering sector.
