Technical Facilities Services team strengthened with appointment of Work Winning Director
Simon Ball has been appointed as the new Work Winning Director for Technical Facilities Services, as we continue to strengthen our Built Environment Division.
Simon joins us as a senior leader in the Work Winning team, where he will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, customer experience and business growth across the company’s expanding Technical Facilities Services portfolio. In recent years we have built a strong presence in this market, supporting clients by maintaining premium spaces and critical assets, as well as helping to improve efficiency and optimise performance through its digital maintenance offering.
Simon brings a wealth of experience in facilities management to his new role, having previously held senior positions at Equans, Mitie and Interserve, where he specialised in delivering strategic solutions for clients with critical assets, in the corporate, industrial, manufacturing, transport, utilities and government sectors.
