Supporting Wellbeing Through Our Live Well, Work Well Programme
We recognise that supporting employee wellbeing is fundamental to building a healthy, high‑performing organisation.
That’s why we continue to invest in initiatives that help our people feel supported, balanced and empowered, both professionally and personally.
Investing in our people
We believe wellbeing goes far beyond physical health. It encompasses emotional, social, financial and personal wellbeing, and plays a vital role in enabling our colleagues to thrive. To support this holistic approach, we offer a range of wellbeing resources and benefits designed to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
A cornerstone of this commitment is our Live Well, Work Well programme, delivered in partnership with wellbeing specialist Jeff Archer from The Tonic. The programme brings together a series of engaging workshops and webinars held throughout the year, all focused on helping colleagues develop healthier habits, improve productivity and achieve sustainable results at work and beyond.
Practical support, delivered throughout the year
The year’s programme recently launched with an in‑person session hosted by Jeff in Leeds, marking the first of many opportunities for colleagues to take part. Further workshops, both face‑to‑face and online, are planned across our offices and project sites in the months ahead, ensuring our people can access support wherever they are based.
Each session is designed to be practical, inclusive and relevant, equipping participants with tools and strategies they can apply immediately in their day‑to‑day lives.
A culture where people can thrive
Our approach to wellbeing reflects our wider commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. By investing in initiatives like Live Well, Work Well, we aim to empower our colleagues to find balance, build resilience and perform at their best, at work and at home.
