We see the huge benefits from recruiting ex-military personnel, who have a breadth of aptitude, skills, and training that are transferable and add real value to our business. We employ colleagues who have either served in the forces or continue to offer their skills as a Reservist or Forces Volunteer.

As a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, we have pledged to support the employment of veterans young and old, their spouses and partners, and our colleagues who choose to be members of the Reserve or Cadet Forces.

We are also honoured to hold a Gold Award from the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme for our work supporting the armed forces community.
