We have received a Princess Royal Training Award for our outstanding Early Careers and Apprenticeship programmes.

On 2 December 2025, members of our Group Learning and Development team attended the Princess Royal Training Awards ceremony at Fishmongers Hall, London to collect the prestigious award.

In recognition of the impact our apprenticeship programmes have on early careers within our industry, Claire Kett, Early Careers Compliance Partner, collected the award in person from Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, and Karon Van Der Heiden, Early Careers Partner, was invited for a personal ‘meet and greet’.

This award reflects our unwavering commitment to learning and development, which is embedded in our organisational strategy. For over 90 years, apprenticeships have been a cornerstone of our success, helping individuals grow, thrive, and build rewarding careers.

This award is one of the highest national recognitions for employers who deliver training that creates real, measurable impact – and it reflects the hard work, creativity, and commitment of our Early Careers, Apprenticeship, and Learning & Development teams. “Together, we’ve built programmes that not only develop technical skills and confidence, but also open doors for the next generation of talent to grow, succeed, and build their careers with us. “To have our work recognised at this level is a huge achievement. It’s proof that when we invest in people at the very start of their career journey, we shape futures, strengthen our business, and contribute to our industry’s long-term success.
