Celebrating our First Future Leaders Programme
We are proud to mark a significant milestone in our commitment to developing future talent with the successful completion of our inaugural Future Leaders Programme.
The 18‑month programme was developed by our Group Learning & Development team in partnership with leadership specialists Melior Esse. It was designed to equip high‑potential colleagues with the skills, confidence and strategic capability required to lead the business into its next phase of growth.
Participants took part in a comprehensive programme of immersive workshops, expert‑led masterclasses and business‑focused projects, each tackling real organisational challenges. The programme encouraged collaboration across the business, broadening perspectives and strengthening professional networks while reinforcing a shared commitment to effective leadership.
Through hands‑on learning and practical application, colleagues developed critical leadership capabilities, enhanced their strategic thinking and gained valuable insight into the operational and commercial drivers of the business.
