Apprentice Theo’s BIG award win
Congratulations to apprentice, Theo Young, on his win at this year's Leeds College of Building BIG (Building Industry Greats) Awards.
Theo, a year two Heating and Ventilation Apprentice with our South West Engineering team, picked up the Rising Star in Sustainable Building Services award.
Reflecting on his win, Theo said: "I was really surprised and honoured to receive the award. My apprenticeship has given me the opportunity to develop my skills, learn from experienced colleagues and gain valuable hands-on experience. It's great to see my hard work and effort being recognised, and I'm grateful for all the support I've received throughout my apprenticeship journey so far."
