Apprentice Success celebrated during National Apprenticeship Week
As National Apprenticeship Week 2026 draws to a close, we are proud to recognise the outstanding achievements of our apprentices and the continued investment in emerging talent across our business.
Throughout the week, our apprentices have been recognised at a number of awards events, highlighting the strength and quality of our apprenticeship programmes.
We are delighted to congratulate Callum Harris, Apprentice High Voltage Fitter within our Freedom team, who was named Electrical Installation Apprentice of the Year by Riverside College. This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to Callum’s commitment and skill.
We also extend our congratulations to Dan Johnson and Harrison Ball, both part of our Engineering team, who were shortlisted for awards during the week, an excellent reflection of their hard work and dedication.
In addition, we are pleased to have been shortlisted by the University of Salford for Large Employer of the Year, recognising our ongoing commitment to developing early‑career talent and supporting apprentices throughout their journey.
Our apprentices continue to inspire us, and we are excited to support them as they build rewarding careers within NG Bailey.
