At NG Bailey, our data-driven approach to energy management is central to supporting high-performing buildings. By combining on-site engineering expertise with real-time insight from our Facilities Services Advisory team, we enable informed decision-making and continuous optimisation.
For 11/12 Wellington Place, this included deploying a robust energy management platform, establishing virtual meters aligned to NABERS Design for Performance calculations, and undertaking regular weekly and monthly performance reviews. Transparent reporting and proactive optimisation have been key to avoiding performance drift and maintaining operational excellence from day one.
This landmark achievement demonstrates how clear performance targets, strong collaboration and ongoing operational focus can deliver measurable benefits, setting a new standard for sustainable commercial buildings across the UK.
