Standard products consist of a pre-designed proven solution, utilising a kit-of-parts, in turn minimising site installation time and health and safety risks.
As an industry we are talking more about MMC and product standardisation, which presents an opportunity to further shape our existing offsite solution into a World Class Manufacturing offering.
To help us to do this, we have launched a standardised range of pre-engineered assemblies and products.
Created by our Offsite Manufacture and Engineering teams, these will add benefit to our customers and the wider industry.
Prefabricated Utility Cupboards
The ideal packaged solution, each unit is designed bespoke to project requirements with the key principle to minimise utility cupboard types and simplify the overall build.
Each PUC houses the mechanical and electrical equipment for the home, including HIU, CIU, MVHR, Consumer Units, and UFH Manifolds, alongside associated pipework, containment, and cabling.
To deliver a quality product and maintain consistent output, our offsite factory has designated PUC assembly lines that adopt tried and tested manufacturing methods. The way we build, brings efficiencies that support our clients’ needs.
Every unit is delivered with its own comprehensive quality check record. With 20+ years delivering offsite modular products, we design and manufacture both 2D (panelised) and 3D units
Distribution Boards
We have carefully selected a catalogue or parts / families, within Revit, that will allow DB assemblies to be configurated accurately and then inserted into the models in a fraction of the time compared to before.
The standardised approach enables our Design and BIM teams to optimise the designs and layouts once and then reuse.
Limiting the variants will also significantly benefit the Offsite Manufacture of the DBs by improving the ability to productionise, the factory build, which in turn reduces costs, improves quality and reduces lead times to the benefit the projects.
