We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Kershaw as Low Carbon Director, reinforcing the business’s commitment to delivering sustainable, future-focused solutions for our clients.

Jonathan joins NG Bailey with more than 15 years’ experience leading energy transition businesses, specialising in helping organisations reduce energy consumption, decarbonise operations and improve resilience through complex infrastructure and engineering projects. He brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams, delivering large-scale programmes, and driving commercial growth in technically demanding environments. 

In his new role, Jonathan will lead the continued development of NG Bailey’s Low Carbon business unit, bringing together data-led insight, engineering expertise and operational capability to help clients unlock the long-term value of lower carbon buildings. Working across the Built Environment division and wider business, he will develop and implement a strategic plan to grow this capability, supporting NG Bailey’s Net Positive strategy and strengthening its end-to-end offering with low carbon advisory, delivery and optimisation solutions.

It supports organisations at every stage of their journey, from defining strategy and unlocking investment, through to delivery and ongoing optimisation of building performance.
