The IT Services business of NG Bailey, the UK’s largest independent engineering and infrastructure services business, has retained its position as a Gold Partner of Mitel, the market leader in unified communications solutions.

The accreditation, which forms part of the Mitel Global Partner Program, recognises NG Bailey’s technical expertise in the Mitel suite of solutions. It also provides NG Bailey with greater access to new technology, special offers on products and ongoing training and development opportunities, supporting the business’s continued growth.

Retaining Gold Partner status is another milestone for the IT Services business unit which plays a key role in the wider group’s success, supporting its turnover increase to £662m (2024: £660m), for the year ending 28 February 2025.
