Our apprentice recruitment journey

With our apprentice recruitment now well underway, here’s a little more information about our recruitment process.

Applications for roles in Scotland, Reading, Bristol, Manchester, London, the North East, and Yorkshire are now live,  we do receive a high volume of applications so don’t leave it until the last minute to apply.

Our team will conduct telephone interviews with the strongest applicants and the most suitable candidates from these will be invited to take part in an online virtual assessment centre. The final step in the process is a face-to-face interview at your local NG Bailey office.

A full induction will take place prior to the successful applicants joining the business in late August / early September
