NG Bailey furthers its commitment to employee wellbeing by signing the Time to Change Employer Pledge

Today our Chief Executive, David Hurcomb, signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge on behalf of NG Bailey.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the wellbeing of our employees, particularly with regards to mental health, we have pledged to change the way we think and act about mental health at work.

Research shows one in four of us will be experiencing a mental health problem at any one time, which is the equivalent of 750 people within NG Bailey. Of those who have experienced a mental health problem, nine out of ten will have faced negative treatment from others as a result.

That’s why we have signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge - our commitment to changing the way we think and act about mental health at every level of our business.

Time to Change is England’s biggest programme to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination and is run by charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.
