NG Bailey’s Leadership Academy is registered with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) as an approved centre. Each year, high-performing employees are nominated to enrol on to ILM accredited programmes, covering a variety of levels from first line managers to senior executives. This number is growing year-on-year and we are continuously looking at opportunities to expand the range of courses on offer.

Where appropriate, the company supports employees to complete academic qualifications which will benefit their professional development, including HNCs, HNDs, degrees and postgraduate qualifications. Further development opportunities are also available in the form of online learning, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses and work-based training.

We have a robust talent development programme in place, designed to support the career progression of our employees.
