In doing so we have economic, environmental and social responsibilities, and to meet them we have defined the NG Bailey Corporate Sustainability Pledge.

We will work collaboratively with our suppliers in order to develop strong relationships with providers of sustainable building technologies, reduce waste, and minimise the impact of logistics within our supply chain.
Lower Carbon Footprint
We will lower our carbon footprint by using energy efficient technology, using fewer resources, recycling more, reducing waste and travelling efficiently.
Create Opportunity
We will create opportunity by building a more diverse workforce with equal opportunities, continuing our world-class training and development and making NG Bailey an employer of choice.
Support Communities
We will support communities by building closer relationships with education, supporting not-for-profit climate change solutions and encouraging our people's engagement with the community.
