NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division is enjoying a successful year so far, securing a number of contracts, worth £15 million.
The contracts include the competitive renewal of The Crown Estates portfolio through BNP Paribas Real Estate which will extend its relationship with NG Bailey for another three years, as well as a three-year contract with Japanese investment bank Nomura, which was previously held by Carillion.
NG Bailey is also providing M&E warranty maintenance services for Subsea 7 for their new £40m BREEAM ‘Excellent’ development in Sutton, Surrey and has successfully renewed their maintenance services contract with Cleveland College of Art and Design and Hartlepool College of Further Education.
Stuart Linington, managing director for NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, said: “It has been a great start to 2018 and I am very proud of the team’s efforts.
“We are delighted to have been able to expand our portfolio, as well as renewing contracts with clients. This demonstrates that we are consistently understanding and meeting the needs of businesses and providing value through our services.
“Yet again, our reputation and track record for providing a consistently high level of service in the facilities services arena has helped us secure these important contracts.”
