NG Bailey‘s Facilities Services division has secured major contract renewals for the London headquarters of two leading global law firms.
The two contracts will see NG Bailey deliver a host of planned and preventative maintenance services at Linklaters’ London HQ at One Silk Street, adjacent to The Barbican Centre, and at Trowers & Hamlins’ Moorgate office.
NG Bailey’s flexible, technically-led facilities services offer will continue to help Linklaters meet the challenges of its estate requirements, operating a global 24/7 office, which brings with it complex and demanding needs.
Having demonstrated a track record in providing a flexible and tailored service, specifically designed to meet Linklaters’ needs was a key factor in the decision to renew the contract.
Gordon Taylor, director of administration at Trowers & Hamlins, also supports this, saying: “The service delivered already by NG Bailey has been exceptional and there was no need for us to look elsewhere.”
Stuart Linington, managing director for NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, said: “The market increasingly requires technical specialists, who understand how M&E services are designed, operated, optimised and maintained and these renewals are another major testimony to the quality of service we deliver.
“Yet again, our reputation and track record for providing a consistently high level of service in the facilities services arena has helped us secure these important contracts.”
The Linklaters contract will be managed by NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, over the next five years supported by the company’s direct projects team. It will involve a dedicated team providing round-the-clock cover, management and support across preventative maintenance and planned projects.
NG Bailey will also provide a team of engineers to deliver the three year Trowers & Hamlins contract, overseeing the full planned and preventative maintenance of the firm’s office in Moorgate.
Stuart Linington added: “We are delighted to have been able to extend our working relationship with these two firms.
“Both are important clients and, while it is always exciting to win new clients, nothing demonstrates our value to clients more clearly than when contracts are renewed or extended.
“Our client retention rate stands at over 90 per cent, which speaks volumes about the quality work our team delivers.”
