NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division has secured a three year, £19 million mechanical, electrical and building fabric services contract for Lloyd’s - the world's specialist insurance and reinsurance market. The new contract is for three years with a potential two year extension.
As part of this prestigious Lloyd’s contract, NG Bailey will maintain three properties across their London and South East portfolio. This appointment includes the architecturally significant, Grade I listed Lloyd’s Building in the City of London; Fidentia House which houses Lloyd’s support functions in Chatham, Kent and a data centre also in Kent.
Terry Blacker from Lloyd’s said: “We chose NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division as their offer of flexible, technically-led facilities services solution, really will help us meet the challenge of our diverse estate requirements. Alongside this, the support available through their project management team backed up by the Engineering division and IT services offer from the wider NG Bailey group, will enable us to deliver a wider range of technically complex projects across our business.”

The contract started on 1 December 2016 and is being delivered by a dedicated team of over 30 employees.
