NG Bailey’s vision is to offer those who live and work in buildings a better environment in which to operate. We want to provide a better experience of designing, constructing and maintaining buildings and we want to develop relationships with the owner/occupier – based on their business needs. An exciting challenge!
We will realise this ambitious vision by building on our current expertise and by following a new strategic plan, as part of which we will be investing in our ability to strategically manage our supply chain. We are well aware that any changes to the culture that has fuelled our past success will not be easy or without risk.
