Our graduate programme is challenging and intense - but the rewards are there for the taking.

It is a two year programme and during this time you will gain invaluable practical experience in conjunction with theoretical knowledge. You will work across a variety of business units including Bailey Building Services, Bailey Systems, Bailey Teswaine, Bailey Johnson, Bailey Maintenance, Bailey Off-Site and Bailey Rail.

The theoretical part of your programme will involve studying for a post graduate diploma in management with Loughborough Business School.

We will also provide placements and learning to support you in obtaining Chartered Engineer status.
