Success in the Commissioning Specialists Awards

We're delighted to win the prestigious prize for Project of the Year at the Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA) awards.

The award was made for in recognition of our work on the Surgical Theatre and Enhanced Mortuary (STEM) Project for Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. The £27m project created a high quality environment for surgery, including six state of the art theatres and upgrades to a number of existing theatres and wards.

Michael Holliday, Senior Project Manager, collected the award and Craig Powell was also recognised in the Commissioning Manager of the Year category.

The CSA is an association for the commissioning industry and their awards are regarded as one of the leading building services events. It is the second year NG Bailey has been awarded the prestigious Project of the Year award, we were also recognised in 2018 for our work on the Urban Sciences Building project for Newcastle University.

Operations Director Chris Catterick said; “This is a fantastic achievement by the team; another year and another CSA Project of the Year! It is testament to the hard work and ability of our teams.”
